When Will moved to Greenwich in 1996, he began his theater experience becoming the spot light director at Western Middle School. After graduating and attending Greenwich High School, he continued his efforts in theater with numerous leadership positions including: Lighting Director, Lighting Coordinator, and Technical Director. In 2000 he was inducted in the International Thespian Society for his outstanding achievements, in the Greenwich High School Theater Arts Department. His past leadership roles give him the technical know-how in order to bring coordinated technical services to our clients.

Will is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Conflict Resolution. He plans to do post-bachelor work at Western, before seeking his Law Degree and/or Doctorate.
